As a CE/UKCA Manufacturer, our IBC Dolly Industrial Trolley provides mobility solutions for Intermediate Bulk Containers, Totes & Cubes (IBCs) around the industrial premises. A Standard Sized IBC Dolly is designed to hold an IBC (1200x1000x1160) with 1000 Litres in a way to ensure ease of loading and unloading, ideally geared towards customers who have the need to transport bulk liquids. However, our range of IBC Dolly can also be manufactured for transporting varied-sized IBCs like with capacities of 300, 600, and 1250 Litres, etc.
The design and manufacturing of the dolly are of premium British standards by allowing customer satisfaction and keeping in mind the different industrial environments. The dolly’s steel frame provides a Heavy duty and robust platform ensuring the security of the IBC transported. The dolly is made up of 5mm thick square hollow sections and painted using high-quality premium paints which is non-hazardous, non-reactive in nature and assure non-corrosion while handling liquids in all water-polluting classes. The dolly is complete with 2 fixed and 2 swivel-braked castors which makes the dolly mobile in even the tightest of workplaces.
The dolly suits any IBC type like Anti-static, Grade 3 Ballast, etc and therefore, can be used in diverse industries like for food processing, chemical manufacturing, fertilizer, petrochemical, dairy, defence, nuclear, etc.
